Oklahoma conservatives deserve better than backroom deals. But guess what’s happening? Governor Kevin Stitt is getting ready to hand-pick a virtual nobody to sit in Senator Markywane Mullin’s soon-to-be-open Senate seat. And if that isn’t bad enough, this so-called Republican is an oil boss who once threw his money behind a Trump opponent. So much for loyalty. So much for representing Oklahoma’s strong conservative values.
This isn’t just about picking the best man or woman for the job. It’s about power, plain and simple. Establishment elites in the GOP are terrified of true America First patriots. They’d rather cozy up with corporate donors and globalists—people who’ll turn on President Trump the second Washington whispers in their ear. And let’s not forget, picking some obscure figure with deep pockets is exactly how the political game stays rigged.
Oklahomans voted for real representation when they sent Senator Mullin to Washington. Now, instead of a principled conservative, they might get a handpicked stooge with more loyalty to his bank account than to the people. This “unknown” didn’t stand with Trump when it mattered. America doesn’t need more fence-sitters who back establishment darlings and then magically transform into “conservatives” when it’s convenient.
Liberals love this kind of swamp behavior. They cheer when conservatives shoot themselves in the foot—or, worse, stab their own in the back. They want the Republican party to be run by wealthy, unaccountable insiders. Why? Because globalist interests and Democrat operatives know they can manipulate these types. It’s easier to control someone with no backbone or record to defend.
Are Oklahoma Republicans really going to accept another pawn placed by the political class? Or will they demand a fighter who actually shares their values, puts America first, and stands unabashedly with President Trump? If we keep letting the elites pick our leaders, then we shouldn’t be surprised when they turn around and betray us. The swamp is alive and well—even in Oklahoma.
