Liberals love to claim the moral high ground, but nothing exposes their ignorance faster than when they try to preach about foreign policy. Case in point—this weekend in London, an Iranian woman did what so many in the West fail to do: she brought the harsh truth right to the face of a clueless left-wing protester. While crowds were busy shouting the same tired slogans about “illegal wars” and “American imperialism,” this brave woman, who actually lived under Iran’s oppressive regime, called these protesters out for exactly what they are—apologists for terrorists.
It’s always the same recycled nonsense from the left. Democrats cry foul every time America acts to defend itself or its allies, clutching their pearls and demanding an end to any action that targets regimes like Iran’s. They act as if standing around in designer scarves and chanting makes them champions of peace. Meanwhile, the real victims—those who have actually suffered under brutal dictatorships—are begging for someone to stand up to their oppressors. This Iranian woman knows firsthand what it’s like. She’s faced the Iranian regime, been imprisoned, and forced to live as a refugee. She’s not asking for hand-wringing or hashtags—she wants justice.
Instead of listening to real survivors, liberal protesters twist every story to somehow blame America. When an Iranian pleads for help stopping her country’s terrorist rulers, Western activists ignore her pain and parrot talking points that could’ve been written in Tehran itself. These “peace” activists are so blinded by anti-American hatred and Trump Derangement Syndrome that they end up defending regimes that imprison, torture, and murder their own citizens. The hypocrisy is breathtaking.
It gets worse. There are activists cheering on attacks against U.S. soldiers, rooting against their own countrymen just to make some hollow political point. These are the same people who scream dictatorship when a Republican president finally takes the action their soft-headed leaders never had the spine to consider. The left has become so obsessed with hating their own country that they’ll side with America’s enemies at every turn.
Donald Trump, unlike the empty-suit presidents of the past, actually takes decisive action. He stands up to Iran, a terror-sponsoring regime that’s threatened innocent people for decades. Liberals can whine about “illegal wars” all they want, but at the end of the day, someone has to defend freedom. Maybe it’s time Americans asked themselves—who do you trust more: a protester parroting propaganda, or a survivor who’s lived through real tyranny?
