The liberal media just can’t help themselves. Right after a deadly terrorist attack in Nigeria leaves a church full of Christians slaughtered during Palm Sunday services, the New York Times decides the real story is… smearing a Republican. That’s right—the so-called “paper of record” actually called out Rep. Riley Moore, accusing him of making up claims about Christian genocide in Nigeria. Let’s get this straight: twelve innocent people are murdered for practicing their faith, and the left-wing press wants to bend over backwards, pretending this isn’t part of a larger crisis?
Anyone with eyes can see what’s happening. Radical Islamic gunmen storm into churches, guns blazing, and the bodies pile up. The facts are right there. But the elitists at the Times would rather twist reality and push their woke narrative. Why? Because acknowledging the global persecution of Christians doesn’t fit their agenda. To the liberal media, the only approved victims are the ones that fuel their twisted, anti-West worldview.
Rep. Moore didn’t hold back. While the New York Times tries to gaslight America, Moore called out their cowardice and hypocrisy for the world to see. He demanded to know how many more Christians must die before the liberal media stops covering up for their globalist friends and admits the truth: Christians are being targeted and killed for their faith. These are facts the radical left desperately tries to hide.
It’s not just politicians who see the truth. Pope Leo XIV and President Trump have both spoken out boldly about the assault on Christians in Nigeria. Remember Christmas 2025? President Trump struck back against ISIS in Africa, showing real leadership in the face of evil. Does anyone honestly believe Joe Biden or his pals in the New York Times would ever put Christian lives above their politics? Not a chance.
The truth is obvious. The woke media cares more about controlling the narrative than defending human life. If conservatives don’t speak up, nobody will. And if the Times and their ilk won’t admit Christian persecution is real, what does that say about what they’re really protecting?
