Liberals love to cry about authority and call for a world without leaders, but when the so-called “No Kings” crowd gathers, it’s chaos every time. Take their most recent “rally,” a scene straight from a bad sitcom: dozens of activists gripping their rented scooters, zooming around with zero direction, until—boom—a massive pileup sends them crashing down. How fitting. The people who want to “abolish hierarchy” and “smash the system” can’t even handle basic traffic flow.
This is the heart of the left these days: petulant adults acting like children, wrecking things and blaming everyone but themselves. Instead of following traffic laws or, heaven forbid, using some good old-fashioned common sense, they barrel along, eyes glued to their phones and self-righteous slogans. Their beloved “No Kings” chant might as well be “No Brains.” When you reject all authority, you end up as a punchline, sprawled across pavement with your dreams of utopia crushed under a pile of tangled handlebars.
Don’t forget, these are the same progressives who want to control your life in every way—everything from banning your gas stove to rewriting the dictionary to fit their latest feelings. But when it comes to their own rallies, basic organization is apparently too oppressive. Try to get them to form a line, and suddenly you’re the villain. Try to impose any rules whatsoever—safety, courtesy, anything—and you’re accused of being “authoritarian.” Yet the only real authority on display was the chaos of their own making.
And of course, the environmental hypocrisy is strong with this crew. They preach about saving the world but leave a battleground of busted scooters littering the streets, handed out by the very globalist tech lords they claim to oppose. They love railing against “the system” until it’s time to use that system’s luxuries and subsidies. The aftermath of this rally: resources wasted, city workers forced to clean up the mess, first responders patching up bruised egos and body parts. The American taxpayer picks up the bill, as usual.
What’s the lesson? When you let leftists run the show—when you reject order, tradition, and responsibility—you don’t get some peaceful utopia. You get the world’s dumbest traffic jam with the loudest complainers at the wheel. Maybe it’s time these activists realized you can’t abolish common sense, and you can’t ride two scooters at once—no matter how many signs you wave.
