The Democrats, with all their supposed “morals” and “transparency,” have landed themselves in yet another mess—just the kind of scandal that would drive the mainstream media into a frenzy if the shoe were on the other foot. This time, it’s their cherished fundraising machine, ActBlue, which is under a dark cloud. Reports have come out suggesting that the folks at the top may not be so squeaky clean after all. Apparently, ActBlue’s top brass got a major warning last year, and now there are concerns about whether they’ve misled Congress about how they handle donations—especially money coming from foreign sources.
Let’s break it down. The Democrats love pretending they’re the guardians of “democracy” and “fair play,” but their own leaders can’t seem to keep their hands clean. A law firm working with ActBlue found big problems in their system. The evidence now points to the possibility that executives were not honest with congressional investigators about how they keep foreign cash out of campaigns. This is a joke. For a party that lectures Americans about election integrity, they sure seem cozy with the idea of sketchy money slipping in to buy influence.
This is not just about breaking some internal rule or being sloppy. If ActBlue is allowing foreign money to pour in, or even if they don’t care enough to check, that’s an attack on the very core of our political system. While Democrats screech about “Russian interference” every election, it’s their own fundraising group that has a blind spot—if not an open door—for foreign donations. The hypocrisy is stunning. Liberals talk a big game about defending America from outside threats, but their globalist instincts always win out over real patriotism.
What’s truly laughable is how little accountability there is on the left. When conservatives are accused of wrongdoing, there are endless investigations, media hysteria, and calls for heads to roll. Yet when there’s clear evidence that a Democrat-aligned group may have misled Congress, you can almost hear the crickets. The left talks about “dark money” corrupting politics—well, this is as dark as it gets. Where are the outraged headlines now? Where’s the outrage from the so-called journalists and activists who claim to defend American democracy?
It’s time to rip the mask off the Democratic Party’s fundraising racket. The country deserves honesty about who’s pouring money into which campaigns. If Democrats can’t secure their own backyard, why on earth should voters trust them with the nation’s future? Maybe the reason they’re so afraid of election audits is because they know what we’d find.
