When was the last time you heard of New York’s socialist overlords managing anything close to that?

It’s happening because Phoenix still respects the basic laws of supply and demand. There’s no army of meddling city officials strangling landlords with red tape or chasing investors out of town. Over in Arizona, they just let the market work—and look what happens: rent is actually becoming affordable again!

Landlords aren’t villains—they’re opening doors, offering deals, and treating renters like valued customers instead of faceless statistics. It’s not complicated: you build more, you have more available, and the price goes down. The so-called experts say it can’t be done—but it’s happening right now in the heartland while New York spirals farther into chaos.

So, remind us again: who’s really looking out for the average American? The answer sure isn’t the big-government liberals crowding city hall in New York, wrecking yet another housing market with their “people’s policies.” The future belongs to places like Phoenix, where freedom and common sense still reign.
