Supreme Court may finally end liberals birthright citizenship fantasy

Liberals love to pretend that the question of birthright citizenship is settled forever, but anyone watching the Supreme Court showdown this week knows that’s just another left-wing fantasy. You have the Trump administration’s top legal mind, Solicitor General D. John Sauer, standing tall before the justices, defending America’s right to control its own borders and its own future. Of course, the left is still whining about old interpretations of the 14th Amendment, as if nothing in our society has changed in a hundred and fifty years.

Let’s get real. When the Fourteenth Amendment was written, America didn’t have armies of illegal immigrants streaming across our borders, waving foreign flags, and demanding rights reserved for actual citizens. Today, we face a completely different world, but the open-borders crowd acts like it’s still the Wild West, and anyone who sets foot here deserves every benefit and protection. It’s absurd and dangerous.

The real issue is simple: who gets to decide who becomes an American? Liberals want it to be anyone and everyone. Globalists and the radical left don’t care about our Constitution, our safety, or our sovereignty. They’re happy to toss out our laws so they can flood the country with new voters and bleed taxpayers dry. That’s the endgame behind their hysteria over birthright citizenship.

Have you ever tried to ask a Democrat what’s changed in America since the 1800s? Good luck. They’ll dodge, deflect, and mumble about “compassion.” But the reality is, millions now take advantage of loopholes those old lawmakers could never have imagined. Are we really supposed to hand over citizenship like candy just because someone steps across the border? Liberals think so, but common-sense Americans know better.

America needs the Supreme Court—and the willpower—to shut the door on this madness. We don’t owe citizenship to the entire planet. It’s time we started acting like our own country matters. Will the left ever put Americans first? Don’t bet on it.
