Of course, the left is still whining about old interpretations of the 14th Amendment, as if nothing in our society has changed in a hundred and fifty years.
Let’s get real. When the Fourteenth Amendment was written, America didn’t have armies of illegal immigrants streaming across our borders, waving foreign flags, and demanding rights reserved for actual citizens. Today, we face a completely different world, but the open-borders crowd acts like it’s still the Wild West, and anyone who sets foot here deserves every benefit and protection. It’s absurd and dangerous.
The real issue is simple: who gets to decide who becomes an American? Liberals want it to be anyone and everyone.
