Apparently, free speech still means something in this country, no matter how much the left hates it.
Let’s be clear about what’s happening here. The left and their activist judges want to turn any talk of election integrity into a crime. They want to silence anyone who questions them. When Tina Peters refused to back down from exposing shady practices, they dragged her into court over supposed misdemeanors. As soon as she opened her mouth about election fraud, they used her words against her—proof that the regime in power doesn’t give a rip about the First Amendment.
America was built on principled dissent. But the left would rather see whistleblowers hauled off in handcuffs than have their narratives questioned. They don’t care about facts. They care about control. If it means stomping all over a woman who put her community ahead of globalist interests, so be it. And yet, even with stacks of taxpayer money, army of lawyers, and the full weight of the judicial system on their side, they still can’t shut up the truth. The court had to admit that talking about election fraud—no matter how much it rattles liberals—counts as protected speech. Period. Maybe these activist judges need a lesson in the Bill of Rights.
