It forces teams to interview women and minorities for top coaching jobs—regardless of qualifications or desire. Now, Florida’s top lawman is pushing back, warning the NFL that this kind of “woke” hiring practice could land them in hot water.
Let’s call this what it is: discrimination dressed up as diversity. Liberals love to push these rules, acting like they’re champions for equality. But when you tell owners whom they must interview based on gender or skin color, you’re not fighting racism. You’re creating it.
