California’s Liberal Leaders Owe ICE a Thank You—But They’ll Never Give One
California’s politicians love to talk tough—unless it’s about keeping America safe. For years, Sacramento’s top liberals have treated Immigration and Customs Enforcement like a criminal gang. The mere mention of ICE sends progressive elites into hysterics. They’re more interested in protecting foreign lawbreakers than American citizens.
Just look at how State Senator Scott Wiener and Governor Gavin Newsom tried to ban ICE agents from even wearing masks. These are the same masks law enforcement uses to do their difficult job without risking retaliation. California’s leaders aren’t just clueless—they’re hostile to anyone who dares to protect our borders. It’s embarrassing, and frankly, it’s dangerous.
Attorney General Rob Bonta even threatened to arrest federal ICE officers, pretending he has any real authority to override the Constitution. As usual, it’s all about posturing. These politicians care more about their woke image than protecting Californians from real criminals—including, believe it or not, the privileged relatives of foreign terrorists.
While Newsom and friends waste time on virtue-signaling nonsense, ICE is actually doing the hard work. Recently, agents arrested the high-living family of an Iranian terror general—right here in California. These aren’t just any immigrants. These are the pampered relatives of a man responsible for violence and mayhem across the globe. While they sipped cocktails in Hollywood, ICE made sure they couldn’t abuse our generosity any longer.
Isn’t it strange? The same California elites who can’t stop lecturing about “tolerance” suddenly have nothing to say when foreign bad guys bring their families to live large on American soil. Open borders, endless handouts, and no gratitude when actual patriots clean up their mess. Why is it always the law-abiding Americans who get treated like the villains?
Truth is, California’s ruling class doesn’t want anyone reminding them that sensible immigration enforcement matters. ICE is out there doing the job they refuse to do. Maybe it’s time for Governor Newsom to put down the talking points, thank the agents who keep America safe, and remember which side he’s supposed to be on. Or is protecting citizens just too “un-woke” for California’s leaders?
