The daughter of a top thug from the brutal Iranian regime, who somehow managed to land a cushy job teaching medicine in Atlanta, has been kicked out of the country—where she belongs. Only after Emory University cut ties with her earlier this year did authorities actually step in and ban her from coming back. Funny how these regime elites and their families enjoy American freedoms while their own country crushes women, jails dissidents, and chants “Death to America.”
One has to wonder: How did the daughter of an Iranian official—one of the regime’s most notorious power players—even get to study, work, and live in the United States for this long? The Biden administration constantly bends over backwards for foreign interests, but it’s the American people who pay the price. Universities, especially those in leftist-leaning enclaves like Atlanta, race to virtue-signal “inclusivity,” all while inviting the children of tyrants into our most sensitive institutions.
Let’s state the obvious. The same regime that funds terror, attacks our allies, and suppresses its own people somehow gets to send their offspring to the land of the free and occupy influential jobs. Globalists and their media cheerleaders want Americans to believe these arrangements are “normal”—as if trust and safety mean nothing when it comes to foreigners tied to hostile, anti-American governments. Liberals love to play the diversity card, but ignore the costs of their reckless open-door policies.
It’s about time America draws the line. There are millions around the world who love American values and would do anything for a shot at freedom. But here we are, handing out golden opportunities to the families of our enemies, all in the name of academic freedom or “mutual understanding.” What a joke. Families connected to brutal, anti-American regimes should never get to profit off the very nation their loved ones wish to destroy.
If we want to protect our country, it’s time to stop letting enemies through the front door—no exceptions, no apologies. Imagine the outrage if a top official’s daughter from Russia or North Korea held a medical faculty position in New York or LA. The double standards are endless. So, here’s the real question for the open-borders crowd: When will you finally start putting America first?
