Easter isn’t just a holiday—it’s the heart of Western civilization. It’s about hope, triumph, and the power of faith over darkness. But in today’s twisted world, it feels like the left does everything in its power to squash that message. They rewrite history, downplay Christianity’s role, and mock believers at every turn. Yet here we are, receiving warm Easter greetings, not from America’s so-called progressive elites, but from Israel—the only Jewish state on earth—and Somaliland, a Muslim-majority nation that most liberals couldn’t find on a map.
Yes, that’s right. While Democrats tie themselves in knots worrying about “tolerance” and force-feed us lectures about diversity, it’s Israel and Somaliland showing actual respect for Christian tradition. Imagine that: Two nations—surrounded by enemies—strong enough to send real messages of friendship to Christians at Easter. Meanwhile, America’s left-wing leaders can barely mumble the word “Easter” without choking on their own political correctness.
Think about what this says. When Christians are under attack in the West—not just mocked in Hollywood, but physically targeted around the globe—it’s allies like Israel and Somaliland who stand up and say, “We see you. We respect your faith.” The same can’t be said for our own woke politicians or the globalist class, who seem more interested in appeasing China, the UN, or terrorist sympathizers than defending America’s Judeo-Christian roots.
Leftists love to brag about their “compassion” and “inclusion,” but where’s the real leadership? Where’s the public defense of Christian Americans, or any honest acknowledgment that our way of life—and the freedoms liberals take for granted—came straight from Christian moral values? If respect for Christianity comes easier to foreign nations than to elected officials in Washington or Brussels, then we have a problem far more serious than “misinformation” or “climate change.”
So let’s give credit where it’s due. Easter brings out courage, faith, and—sometimes—the occasional surprise. If Israel and Somaliland can put aside differences and champion religious freedom, why do liberals here at home act so terrified of a cross or a prayer? Maybe the real resurrection we need isn’t just spiritual. Maybe it’s time Western civilization itself reminds the woke mob that Christianity built the world they’re trying so hard to tear down.
