The fact that some officials suspected his message was something “a Muslim would say” tells you everything about the twisted priorities in Washington. Instead of standing united, bureaucrats see danger in faith, ready to clutch their pearls over imagined enemies instead of worrying about real ones—like Iran, which probably never stops scheming against us.
This is the culture the left has built. For years, progressives have torn down faith, patriotism, and the very foundation that keeps our men and women in uniform strong. They’ve spent decades telling Americans that open borders, globalist alliances, and sensitivity training are more important than common sense. Now, that rot infects leaders so much that the words of an American trapped in Iran are treated like the start of a Hollywood thriller.
If anyone’s keeping count, it’s just another example of liberals turning every crisis into a circus about inclusion, suspicion, and “diversity” gone wild. Instead of showing backbone against hostile powers, they fret that a moment of personal faith could be a ticking time bomb. While hard-working Americans support their troops, these self-obsessed elites obsess over political correctness—even when lives are on the line.
How much longer will the “experts” second-guess our own people while letting the real threats skate by? America needs leaders who trust their troops and believe in something greater than woke slogans. Is common sense allowed anymore, or is every act of faith one more thing the left wants to cancel?
