Instead of holding their own people responsible, they look for new ways to shake down hard-working families and blame everyone else for the mess.
Why should everyday Americans pay for reckless government workers who refuse to pay what they owe? Maybe it’s time Chicago starts acting like a real city, not a playground for liberal elites. Or is letting insiders skate by just the Chicago Way under Democrat rule?
