Instead of being locked up where he clearly belonged, he was allowed to walk free while waiting for sentencing. That freedom cost an innocent five-year-old girl, Missy Mogle, her life. Her killer—her own stepfather—should never have been out on the streets.
Every single time a judge sides with criminals over victims, these are the devastating results. Why are our leaders bending over backwards to give second chances to predators like Spencer? Where’s the “compassion” for children like Missy, who will never get another chance at life? This is the poison of liberal thinking—always more worried about the rights of the guilty, never about the safety of the innocent.
This judge’s outrageous decision shows just how broken our justice system has become. Too many activists wearing robes are more interested in proving how “progressive” they are than protecting real families. They hand out get-out-of-jail-free cards to monsters, all while law-abiding citizens suffer the fallout. Tell that to Missy’s grieving family. Will they get “restorative justice” for their overwhelming loss?
Let’s be honest: the left keeps making excuses for evil. Whether it’s pressure from globalist “reform” groups or a twisted need to be seen as merciful, these policies unleash predators back into society. And yet, nobody pays the price except ordinary Americans. The elites will never be held accountable—they’re too busy lecturing us about “systemic problems” in a system they’ve broken.
