Some days make you want to do exactly nothing but relax, snack, and watch the world burn. Fitting, since it’s National Beer Day, National Coffee Cake Day, and, yes, National No Housework Day. While Americans kick back, maybe the folks in D.C. should take a break too—especially the liberals who keep making messes they never bother to clean up.
Take Abigail Spanberger, the so-called “moderate” who’s out there pretending she’s in touch with regular Americans. Her polling numbers have started to tumble, and does anyone really wonder why? Her pattern of empty promises and alignment with failed leftist policies has worn thin. Voters are waking up to the circus, and they’re not buying tickets anymore.
Spanberger and her party love to brag about their “progress.” But what does their “progress” look like? Open borders, inflation that guts paychecks, and the constant preaching about climate and gender instead of fixing roads and keeping neighborhoods safe. It’s liberal incompetence hiding under buzzwords. Globalists cheer, but American families suffer.
The left keeps claiming they’re for the people, but all their “solutions” wind up hurting the working class. Whether they’re bowing down to anti-American interests or ignoring the chaos in our cities, Democrat leaders are proving, once again, that they’re the last people who should be trusted with power. Spanberger’s numbers aren’t an accident—they’re a sign of what happens when regular folks are tired of being lied to.
Maybe today really is a good day for beer and coffee cake. Because if you’re waiting for the liberals in D.C. to pick up a broom and clean up their own mess, you’re going to be waiting a long, long time. Why do we let clueless politicians keep making the rules for the rest of us?
