While the world is fixated on Iran and the chaos of Operation Epic Fury, Cuba’s communist regime sees an opportunity. They dream about standing up to America while their own people stand in bread lines, wishing they had just an ounce of the freedoms Americans enjoy every day. But leave it to establishment liberals and the globalist elite to act impressed by foreign strongmen taunting America, instead of calling out this tired, shameless anti-American bluster for what it is.
For years, liberals have flirted with the idea of cozying up to Cuba, pretending its failed socialist experiment is some sort of brave resistance. Yet behind closed doors, Cuban leaders can barely keep the lights on. When they try to act tough, folks like Rubio remind them—and the world—that free countries don’t answer to commie dictators, no matter how many big speeches they give. Unlike the weak-willed appeasement favored by the Biden administration, real conservatives know you deal with bullies from a position of strength.
The left’s hypocrisy is staggering. They howl about “foreign interference” when it suits their narrative, but when America faces threats from hostile regimes like Cuba, they suddenly go silent or, worse, offer limp-wristed denials. Conservative voices like Rubio’s expose that cowardice for exactly what it is. America doesn’t need lectures from Havana; we need bold leadership that prioritizes our security and sovereignty every single time.
So ask yourself: When push comes to shove, do you want leaders who bow and apologize, or do you want people who will boldly call out fools who threaten our nation? It’s clear which path protects America and which one leaves us weak. The left can keep their fantasies of globalist cooperation. The rest of us—real Americans—know that only strength keeps the wolves at bay.
