Liberal Media’s Shocking Blunder: Declares Hollywood Icon Dead While He’s Still Alive—What Are They Hiding

It’s almost laughable—if it wasn’t such a perfect example of everything wrong with the liberal media. This week, one of the biggest so-called “news networks” messed up on live TV in a way that proves they’re more interested in pushing sensationalism than in actual facts. Instead of reporting the news, they decided to roll out a fawning tribute package for an iconic actor—one who, as it turns out, is still very much alive and kicking.

That’s right. They actually aired a death memorial for Michael J. Fox, who millions of Americans grew up watching. You would think with all their resources and self-declared “journalistic integrity,” they could at least do a basic fact check before airing a segment claiming someone has died. But this is the modern legacy media—where hot takes and emotional manipulation take precedence over truth and accountability.

Don’t be fooled. This wasn’t just an innocent mistake. It’s a symptom of the greater rot at the core of our so-called “trusted” news outlets. While they scramble to slam conservatives for the slightest error or unpopular opinion, they can’t even manage to keep basic facts straight about a beloved actor. The hypocrisy is astounding. Remember, these are the same folks lecturing America on “disinformation” and wanting tech giants to censor anything outside their bubble.

Americans deserve better than these virtue-signaling elites who apparently think their ratings are more important than the truth. Where was the apology before the “correction”? Or did they just hope we wouldn’t notice? Even Michael J. Fox, full of class and good humor, had to take to the internet himself and basically tell the world he’s still here. That’s how badly they fumbled this—turning a star’s legacy into a punchline.

Isn’t it time we stop trusting these media dinosaurs who can’t even get life and death right? If they’ll declare someone dead for clicks, what else are they lying about? Maybe the only thing truly dead these days is the credibility of the liberal news machine.
