Donald Trump is right about one thing: there’s a pack of so-called conservative podcasters out there who need a reminder of what real America First values look like. Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and yes, even Alex Jones—once allies of the MAGA movement—seem to have lost their backbone. Suddenly, when it comes to standing strong against Iran, they all turn soft. They oppose any and all U.S. force against a nation that despises everything America stands for. What happened to guts? What happened to putting America first?
Some folks in conservative media have forgotten history. Weakness with Iran doesn’t lead to peace; it only invites disaster. Iran funds terrorism across the Middle East, chants “Death to America,” and tries to bully our allies. Now is not the time for hand-wringing and fear-mongering. Liberals in Washington want nothing more than an American retreat. These podcasters are falling right into the hands of the globalists and the radical left by preaching pacifism and kissing up to our enemies.
It’s amazing how fast some people flip-flop. When Trump was in office, they cheered him on for taking down terrorists, closing our borders, and standing up to our enemies. But now that Iran is flexing its muscles, these podcasters start whining that military strength is somehow “un-American.” Give me a break. That’s the opposite of what real patriots want. MAGA isn’t about cowering; it’s about winning.
The liberal media loves to celebrate any so-called “conservatives” who bash Trump’s tough talk. They treat them like heroes, parading them as proof that the right is divided and weak. But Middle America sees through this game. While D.C. elites and podcast millionaires wring their hands, real Americans know that weakness invites chaos. We can’t afford to let Iran and the left walk all over us.
Maybe these podcasters should spend less time chasing clicks and more time remembering who put them on top in the first place. Trump’s critics on the right are just doing the left’s dirty work, whether they admit it or not. Who’s really standing for America? It certainly isn’t the people who suddenly want to go soft on Iran. When did “America First” turn into America last?
