IBM has been caught red-handed, paying millions for its obsession with so-called “diversity, equity, and inclusion.” That’s right—one of America’s oldest tech companies is shelling out $17 million to the Justice Department because it got busted making race and gender the most important job requirement. Instead of hiring and paying based on who’s best, they put skin color and gender at the top of the resume pile.
This is what happens when corporate America lets the radical left run the show. Liberal bureaucrats, professors, and woke HR departments have spent years telling us that discrimination is fine—as long as it’s against the “right” people. So IBM handed out jobs and paychecks not according to talent, but based on identity politics. Hard-working Americans—especially those who happened to be white or male—got shoved aside, all in the name of “equity.”
Where does all this end? These globalist companies love to pretend they’re fighting for fairness. What they’re really doing is dividing the country and killing the idea of excellence. If a company as big and powerful as IBM is willing to break the law in order to bow down to the woke mob, who’s next? Americans need to ask how much more talent and hard work we’re going to waste chasing impossible quotas dreamed up by out-of-touch liberals.
Let’s be honest—DEI has become a weapon for social justice extremists. They say they want equality, but they never mean equal treatment. It’s always about shifting the balance from one group to another, picking winners and losers based on box-checking instead of achievement. And when these companies get caught, suddenly it’s just a “misunderstanding” and a payoff. No real accountability, no apology to the people they discriminated against.
This is the state of modern America, folks—a nation where you can lose a job opportunity just for being born the wrong color or sex, and where gigantic companies would rather write multi-million dollar checks to the government than admit their woke agenda is breaking the law. If this is “progress,” it’s a sick joke. How much longer do we have to let the left destroy the American Dream before we say enough is enough?
