America isn’t the world’s janitor. Yet here we are once again — our Navy out there cleaning up Iranian mines in the Strait of Hormuz, all so oil tankers can pass through one of the world’s most important waterways. It’s beyond absurd. Did Joe Biden run for president to turn our men and women into disposable tools for terrorist regimes? Iran sets the trap, and somehow it’s our job to sweep up after them. Typical—American lives put on the line while the mullahs in Tehran sit back and watch.
Let’s get real: The only reason Iran even dares to lay mines is because they know this administration is soft. The left keeps preaching about diplomacy and dialogue, holding useless meetings in Pakistan as if Iran will suddenly have a change of heart after decades of hate. Wrong. Iran laughs in our faces while we put Americans in danger doing the work THEY refuse to do. Why not just invite them to the White House for tea? Liberals would love that.
And speaking of hypocrisy, where are the international “partners” we always hear about? All those globalists who claim to care about peace and stability suddenly go silent when it’s time to roll up their sleeves. The West lectures us about restraint, but when Iran breaks the rules—again—it’s only Americans dodging explosions to fix the mess. We know the answer: if America didn’t step up, no one would. Meanwhile, liberal elites worry about their climate conferences and luxury vacations.
This should be a wake-up call. Let’s stop playing clean-up crew for criminals. If Iran won’t clear its own mines, there should be consequences, not diplomatic hugs and photo-ops. When will Washington find its backbone and stand up to these bullies? Our sailors shouldn’t pay the price for failed foreign policy and weak leadership.
So, who stands up for America? Certainly not the woke bureaucrats. Maybe it’s time we start asking why Americans are always cleaning up, while the world watches. Are we a superpower or just the world’s janitor?
