Shocking scandals rock Democrats as Luna fights to expel Swalwell and Cherfilus-McCormick

Congress doesn’t need any more corrupt liberals dragging it further into the mud. Yet here we are, watching Democrat politicians Eric Swalwell and Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick face serious accusations—one with sexual assault swirling around him, the other suspected of abusing campaign money. And what’s the left’s response? Crickets. They circle the wagons for their own, no matter how dirty the laundry.

Thankfully, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna is stepping up. She’s done pretending that Congress is some playground where Democrats get a free pass while America suffers the consequences. Luna is putting pressure exactly where it belongs, demanding the expulsion of these two lawmakers, so we can send a message that there’s still some backbone left in Washington.

It’s not surprising that Swalwell, famous for his cozy relationship with a Chinese spy, is in the spotlight again for all the wrong reasons. The man never met an ethical red line he didn’t want to trample. Liberals in Congress talk about women’s rights and transparency, but when one of their own is accused of sexual assault or misusing funds, suddenly there’s a cone of silence.

And Cherfilus-McCormick? Allegations of using campaign funds for personal reasons might shock the average American, but for Democrats, it’s just Tuesday. These are the same people who lecture the working class on “accountability” while treating taxpayer dollars and donor money like their own personal piggy banks.

The hypocrisy on the left is breathtaking. This is what happens when globalist elites and career politicians treat America’s institutions like their private club. If Democrats really cared about protecting victims and cleaning up government, they’d join Luna instead of hiding out and hoping the news cycle moves on. Is it any wonder Americans are fed up with liberal double standards?
