Eric Swalwell just can’t stay out of trouble. The Democrat congressman is facing yet another investigation, this time from the Department of Homeland Security. Is anyone really surprised at this point? He’s already famous for getting a little too cozy with a Chinese spy. Now, the hits keep coming as new allegations pile up.
Americans have to wonder—why is this man still sitting on important congressional committees? If it was a conservative caught in this mess, the media would be in a frenzy, demanding resignations and running wall-to-wall coverage. But for Democrats like Swalwell, the liberal establishment just yawns and looks the other way. It’s the same old story of double standards and leftist hypocrisy.
While everyday Americans work hard, pay their taxes, and play by the rules, the liberal elite like Swalwell skate by with scandal after scandal. They serve globalist interests, pat each other on the back, and ignore the real problems facing this country. These people want to control your life and your values, but can’t even control their own private lives. Sound familiar?
There’s no question the Democrats have lost touch with reality. The fact that Swalwell is still a “trustworthy” member of Congress sends a clear message: rules are for you, not for them. The left is more interested in protecting their power than holding their own accountable. Americans deserve better than this circus.
If Republicans acted like Swalwell, you better believe they’d be tarred and feathered by the liberal media. But for the Democrat elites, it’s just another day of dodging consequences. At this point, is there anything that would actually embarrass them? Or is shame just another thing Swalwell left behind years ago?
