America’s allies are showing their true stripes again—and it isn’t a good look for the so-called “special relationship.” While American sailors risk their lives keeping key waterways safe, our biggest partners can’t even be bothered to back us up in the Strait of Hormuz. It’s a slap in the face, plain and simple.
What’s downright outrageous is how quickly some countries fold under pressure. Instead of standing shoulder to shoulder with the United States against threats in this vital choke point, these fair-weather friends take a rain check when it really matters. Why? Because, under liberal “leadership,” they know America won’t hold them accountable. This is what you get with globalists in charge—endless hand-wringing and zero backbone.
The Strait of Hormuz isn’t just any body of water. It’s the jugular vein of global energy. Bad actors lurk there, ready to take advantage the moment they see weakness. When America asks our allies for help—you’d think standing up for Western values and economic stability would be a no-brainer. But instead, we get another embarrassing snub. Exactly what you’d expect when leftist elites turn America into a polite pushover.
Liberals keep bragging about their “world leadership” and “coalitions.” Give us a break. How’s that working out? Our “friends” bail whenever things get tense, but DC insiders still rush to cozy up and hand out blank checks. This is why foreign powers don’t take us seriously anymore. If America keeps bending over backwards while our own partners laugh behind our backs, what message does that send?
Real leaders draw a line in the sand. They demand respect. It’s time for Washington to put America first, end the endless begging, and stop letting our “special” relationships look more like lopsided one-night stands. When will we finally wake up and stop letting the rest of the world walk all over us?
