Eric Swalwell’s name is back in the headlines, and it’s not pretty. Yet another woman has come forward, bringing the total to five who now accuse this Democratic ex-congressman of sexual assault. But don’t expect to hear outrage from the mainstream media or the Democrats who spent years preaching about “believe all women.” Their silence is deafening—and it’s downright disgusting.
Isn’t it funny how quickly the left forgets their own so-called morals when it’s one of their golden boys under fire? When it comes to Eric Swalwell, the man who spent more time attacking President Trump than actually helping Americans, suddenly the liberals can’t find their voices. Five women stepping forward should spark at least a little bit of attention. But apparently, “Me Too” only matters when it serves their agenda.
Let’s not forget, this is the same Eric Swalwell who cozied up with a Chinese spy and still got a free pass from the Democrats. They called him a star, gave him intelligence committee seats, and let him spout off about “Russian collusion” while ignoring his own disturbing connections. Now, with multiple women accusing him of sexual abuse—including one who hit rock bottom emotionally—the left would rather look the other way.
Who’s protecting women here? Not the liberal elites, that’s for sure. They rushed to crucify Brett Kavanaugh over unproven accusations, but when their own are accused by not just one, but five different women, it’s time to sweep it under the rug. Their hypocrisy would be laughable if it weren’t so dangerous.
This is what happens when globalist interests and Democrat power games matter more than truth, justice, or the safety of real American women. The left has shown once again: They’ll sell out anyone and anything to protect their own. So, when do women’s voices actually count in the eyes of the liberal establishment? Only when they point the finger at conservatives. That’s the real sickness infecting our political system.
