Gallego, the man who used to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Swalwell, wasted no time throwing him under the bus to reporters. It’s funny how loyalty works with Democrats: you’re best pals until things get messy, then it’s every man for himself. Gallego slammed Swalwell with all the righteous fury he could muster. But here’s the kicker—he also claimed he knew nothing about Swalwell’s shocking behavior. Either he’s lying, or he’s admitting he’s completely clueless about what goes on around him.
This is the liberal game plan on full display. First, they pretend to be outraged. Next, they wash their hands of the “bad apple.” Finally, they act like they never noticed anything was wrong. Democrats are experts at protecting their own until it’s too late, and then they flip the script and act shocked—shocked!—that something corrupt happened under their noses. Anyone who thinks this is unique to Swalwell or Gallego hasn’t been paying attention to how the left operates.
America is tired of two-faced politicians who pretend to champion “values” while looking the other way for their allies. How many times do liberals get away with this playbook before voters say enough is enough? The left preaches accountability, but when the spotlight hits their own party, it’s all about saving their own careers. They hide behind crocodile tears and empty promises of “change,” hoping Americans will just move on and forget.
This pathetic display isn’t just about one crooked congressman and his forgetful friend. It’s a warning sign of how deep the rot goes in the Democrat machine. If even Gallego can pretend ignorance about someone supposedly so close to him, what else is the party sweeping under the rug?
