America deserves leaders who speak the truth—even when they don’t mean to. This week, Energy Secretary Chris Wright accidentally let reality slip out, and the liberal swamp in D.C. is not going to like what he said. In a speech celebrating yet another natural gas pipeline, Wright admitted what every hardworking American already knows: our country is on the wrong track.
This is the same Biden administration official who bends over backward for the radical climate lobby. They love to kneecap American energy independence while cozying up to foreign regimes that hate us. Now, when they finally do something right—like backing a pipeline—they can’t even give America some hope. Instead, Wright blurts out that we’re going the wrong way. Maybe he hoped nobody would notice. But the American people are paying attention.
Let’s call this what it is—liberal incompetence on full display. These elitists want us to drive electric cars we can’t afford and freeze in the winter, all while pretending they care about the middle class. They say one thing about clean energy and jobs, but their own Energy Secretary can’t even fake confidence in the direction they’re taking this country. If the people running the ship admit we’re lost, should any of us be surprised that inflation, gas prices, and foreign threats keep piling up?
This kind of careless honesty doesn’t just show confusion—it exposes the hypocrisy at the heart of the left’s agenda. These so-called leaders throw around fancy words about “progress” and “investment” while they steer the country off a cliff. Build a pipeline? Sure. But don’t expect any real support for American workers, because their real loyalty is to globalist interests and climate cultists, not to the folks who keep this nation running.
The bottom line is clear: Even the so-called experts in Biden’s bloated cabinet know the truth. America is heading in the wrong direction because we have people in charge who are completely out of touch. If the Energy Secretary can accidentally admit the left is leading us astray, maybe it’s time to stop listening to their empty promises and start demanding accountability. Or do we need even more “mistakes” before the swamp wakes up?
