Yet somehow, they think they get to scold Americans for having enough backbone to expect our borders to mean something.
Let’s get real: folks like Pope Leo XIV love criticizing strong immigration enforcement, but they’re living in their own protected bubble. Ordinary Americans, Border Patrol agents, and families along the southern border are the ones who face the real dangers. Human trafficking, drugs pouring in, and innocent children getting hurt — that’s what a weak border creates. Unlike armchair bishops cashing government checks to “resettle” whoever wants in, Americans are left to pick up the pieces.
Ask anyone who’s spent years actually working the border, like Tom Homan—a lifelong Catholic himself who knows pain and tragedy too well. He’s watched lives destroyed by criminal cartels taking advantage of our open doors. He’s seen victims that the mainstream media and self-righteous globalists love to ignore.
