Liberals predicted disaster but the US Navy just humiliated Iran and its allies in record time

The world is watching as America’s Navy does what so many weak-kneed globalists said was impossible—enforcing a real blockade, and doing it with unmistakable power. While talking heads on cable news fret and parade their anti-American lectures, the reality is irrefutable: Not a single country has dared to seriously challenge our military’s authority in the waters around Iran. The U.S. has drawn a clear line, and so far, nobody’s stupid enough to cross it.

Liberals wanted Americans to believe this blockade would crumble in hours. They claimed that merchants, rogue nations, and Iranian allies would run roughshod over U.S. ships. Well, it’s two days in, and guess what? The blockade is doing its job. The Navy has already stopped at least ten ships trying to break through. That isn’t failure; that’s a warning shot for anyone mixed up in Iran’s games. Every time a ship gets turned away from the Strait of Hormuz or the ports themselves, American strength echoes all the way to Tehran.

Where are the brave “resisters” now? They’re nowhere to be seen. Not Russia, not China, not the European bureaucrats who love to lecture about diplomacy. Just empty words, while our fleet actually does something real to hold Iran’s regime accountable. If countries want to back Iran, they’ll have to show their hand—and so far, nobody will. That, right there, is what happens when you have real American leadership.

But the usual suspects on the left—those who tell us to “listen to the experts” and surrender our national interest—are probably seething. They’ll never admit the United States is a force for stability or that American action can actually make the world safer. The left is busy chasing windmills while American sailors are out here turning back threats in real time. Perhaps the Biden administration is shocked its own military is delivering results; too bad progressives won’t ever give credit where it’s due.

Let’s get real. The Navy’s blockade is working because the world knows that American power is nothing to mess with—even if Democrats in Washington forget that sometimes. There comes a point where all the soft talk in the world won’t deter tyranny, but a fleet of U.S. warships just might. Funny how the loudest critics never set foot on deck when real decisions are made. How many ships have to be stopped before the left admits that peace without strength is just wishful thinking?

If the only thing liberals can offer is more empty speeches, maybe they should try listening to the sound of U.S. destroyers, instead of their own echo chambers.
