The left has been dreaming about taking over the Supreme Court for years, salivating at the thought of flipping seats and pushing their radical agenda. Well, they’re in for another rude awakening. Justice Samuel Alito and Justice Clarence Thomas—two of the only sane voices left on the bench—have signaled to the world that they aren’t going anywhere. Not this year. Their kind of spine terrifies the blue-state elites who want judges to play activist instead of actually doing their jobs.
Let’s be honest: if the left had their way, the Supreme Court would quickly become just another weapon in their anti-American crusade. They’d stack the bench with judges obsessed with feelings over facts, handing out decisions that undermine faith, family, and freedom. Alito and Thomas are the last barriers holding back that tidal wave of progressive insanity.
Americans should take heart. The Constitution has two champions who are digging in for the long haul—unafraid, unashamed, and unwilling to abandon the fight. Maybe the left should spend less time plotting retirements and more time fixing their own sinking ship.
