Clive Davis. If you don’t know his name, you’re probably a product of our failed public schools or maybe too busy binge-watching woke trash on Netflix. This is the guy who shaped the music business, turning unknowns into legends. And while leftists spend their days attacking American icons and tearing down our traditions, Davis proves that real success comes from hard work, talent, and a willingness to bet big.
Let’s talk about the deal he cut for Whitney Houston. Not just any deal—this was game-changing. While liberals cry about “equity” and toss handouts like confetti, Davis saw raw talent and rewarded it. He didn’t give Whitney Houston a handout. He handed her opportunity—something the left would never understand. They want to keep people dependent, while folks like Davis invest in merit and real achievement.
But here’s the kicker: most people don’t even understand the power a record executive like Davis holds. These aren’t the bureaucrats in Washington, picking winners and losers by pushing their pet policies. No, record executives build dreams. They pick up the phone, make connections, and shape the culture. If only our education czars or climate czars ran things with half the savvy and guts.
Of course, the woke crowd can’t stand the idea of someone wielding that much influence. They want big tech, globalist committees, or faceless agencies deciding who “deserves” a shot. But in America, or at least the America we remember and fight for, it’s supposed to be about talent, drive, and risk-takers like Davis making the calls.
Maybe if our country took a page out of Clive Davis’s book, instead of the mediocre “everyone gets a trophy” nonsense, we could build another generation of greatness—in music, business, and even politics. But as long as the left’s in charge, we’re stuck with government-mandated flops instead of all-time legends. When did we start rewarding mediocrity and punishing exceptional talent? No wonder the charts, like our country, are flooded with noise.
