There’s a dangerous game being played in California, and it’s time people start paying attention. Radical NGOs, some of which have been linked to out-of-control anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles, are now pulling strings behind the scenes to change state laws. Their latest stunt? Sponsoring a bill that, if passed, would toss any sense of accountability right out the window.
This bill, being pushed through Sacramento’s halls under the name AB 2624, is the ultimate shield for the open borders crowd. If these extreme groups get their way, journalists and concerned citizens won’t even be allowed to publish a harmless photo of someone working or volunteering for a taxpayer-funded immigrant support operation. In other words, if activists hiding behind government dollars don’t want their actions exposed, the state will make it a crime to shed any light on their schemes.
Let’s be honest—this is about silencing anyone who dares question these left-wing networks. Liberals in California aren’t just bending over backwards for illegal immigration; they’re actively attacking free speech and a free press. Everyone knows sunshine is the best disinfectant, but Democrats and their NGO pals want darkness and secrecy. They want to hide from taxpayers while raking in public cash, all under the excuse of “protecting privacy.”
But who’s really being protected here? Americans deserve to know where their money is going and who’s using it to turn entire cities into lawless “sanctuary” messes. If politicians and activists are proud of their work, why are they so desperate to avoid scrutiny? Maybe it’s because these globalist actors don’t want parents, voters, or taxpayers to see just how much power they’ve grabbed—and how little respect they have for our laws or for honest journalism.
California is heading down a dark path, and this “Stop Nick Shirley Act” is another nail in the coffin for transparency and public oversight. The left wants to muzzle the watchdogs. They want secret bureaucracies run by unaccountable activists, all with your money. Will anyone have the backbone to stop the madness before California becomes a one-party surveillance state—where only the politically correct are allowed to speak?
