There are moments that show just how far our culture has fallen—and this is one of them. A recent viral video shows two gay men—one a country songwriter, of all things—telling their five-month-old baby boy that he has “no mama.” The child, who is just beginning to speak, utters “mama” and then breaks into heartbreaking sobs as one of these men shuts him down, saying those words no child with an ounce of innocence should ever have to hear. It’s hard to believe, but this is what passes for “progress” in today’s America.
Liberals will shout from the rooftops about “love is love” and “all families are valid.” But here’s the uncomfortable truth they don’t want to hear: children need mothers. That’s not just conservative common sense; it’s nature. For thousands of years, the sacred relationship between mother and child has built healthy people and healthy societies. Erasing mom from the picture isn’t just cruel—it’s an experiment on the most helpless among us.
What’s truly sickening is the arrogance on display. Instead of recognizing a child’s natural need for a mother, these men laugh, film it, and put it on the Internet for likes and applause from liberal activists. Where is the compassion? Where is the common sense? Only in the twisted world of the radical left does toying with a baby’s emotions become something worth broadcasting online. The globalist crowd keeps telling us “traditional families are outdated,” but somehow, it’s always the children who pay the price.
The internet was right to rage over this. Americans across the political spectrum, no matter how hard Big Tech tries to censor, know deep down that kids deserve moms and dads. The left can keep pretending biology doesn’t matter, but the tears of a five-month-old expose the lie louder than any pundit ever could. When fatherhood turns into a vanity project and motherhood is replaced with smug ideological stunts, the cost isn’t paid by adults—it’s paid by the innocent children stuck in this circus.
Does anyone on the left even care about kids anymore, or have they traded in their hearts for hashtags and virtue-signaling? This is the real legacy of liberal America: a baby’s cry met with cold indifference, and “there is no mama” as the battle cry of the culture war. It’s time to demand better—for our children, for our families, and for our country.
