Biden Treasury just crushed China’s secret oil lifeline to Iran and the left is fuming

When it comes to standing up to America’s enemies, this latest oil crackdown is what a real foreign policy looks like. The U.S. Treasury just dropped the hammer on a massive network of Chinese and global shipping companies, blacklisting a major Chinese oil refinery and targeting 40 ships sneaking Iranian oil around the world. Why? Because for years, so-called “independent” Chinese refineries like Hengli have been stuffing billions into Iran’s war chest—propping up a regime that threatens our troops, stirs chaos across the Middle East, and bankrolls terrorism. While leftists and globalists whine about sanctions being “too harsh,” these decisive moves prove what leadership actually means: putting America’s security above globalist profits and standing against the evildoers propped up by foreign cash.

Let’s call it like it is: China and Iran have been in bed together for far too long, running oil deals out of sight, in open defiance of American law and basic decency. These Chinese companies greedily guzzle Iranian oil, funneling cash straight to Iran’s military. The result? More missiles fired at Israel, more threats against American soldiers, and more saber-rattling from regimes that hate everything this country stands for. And yet liberals in Congress seem more interested in lecturing us about “international cooperation” than actually stopping the money train that funds our enemies.

It takes real backbone to go after the shadow fleets—those ghost ships zigzagging from the Persian Gulf to Asia, cooking their manifests and hiding Iranian barrels under false flags. These aren’t small-time operators; some of the world’s biggest shipping firms have been tangled up in making sure Iran stays flush with cash. The Treasury’s strike blacklisting dozens of these vessels is the first serious message sent in years: help Iran, and reap the whirlwind. Maybe if the previous administration hadn’t spent so much time apologizing to Iran and cozying up to Beijing, we wouldn’t be cleaning up this mess.

Globalist companies love to cash the checks, all while hiding behind shell corporations in Hong Kong, Panama, and the British Virgin Islands. The hypocrisy drips from every offshore document—preaching “green energy” one day and smuggling dirty Iranian oil the next. The left is more offended by American energy independence than they are by Chinese billionaires buying oil from the thugs in Tehran. It’s a sick joke, and Washington’s woke elite are the only ones left laughing.

Let’s be crystal clear: choking off Iran’s oil money is the fastest way to force the regime to its knees. Every barrel that doesn’t reach China or Bangladesh is one less drone, one less terrorist bomb, one step closer to ending this nightmare. America doesn’t win by playing nice or bowing to the same globalist crowd that sold us out in the first place. This wave of sanctions is a lesson in what real national security looks like. Maybe it’s time the left woke up—or are they too busy counting their own globalist kickbacks?
