Let’s be honest—bureaucrats in D.C. have a nasty habit of dragging their feet whenever it suits them. For too long, they’ve waved off the people’s demands, making excuses to shield their friends and donors instead of actually doing their jobs. The American people deserve better than another slow-walk charade designed to protect the powerful at the expense of the public.

Where were the so-called truth-tellers when these files were locked away? Why did the media spend more energy pushing Russian hoaxes than investigating the real stories of abuse and corruption behind closed doors? Their hypocrisy is jaw-dropping, and it’s time for them to answer for it.
