France revolts as sky high fuel taxes push families to the breaking point

Europe is learning the hard way what happens when bureaucrats, green radicals, and self-important globalists run the show. The so-called “energy transition” has left regular people freezing in the dark and paying sky-high prices just to fuel their cars. Take France, for example. More than 8 out of 10 French citizens have finally had enough. They’re demanding their government slash the crippling taxes on fuel. Imagine that—ordinary people actually wanting to keep their own money instead of handing it over to a bunch of government elites so they can chase windmills and pet green projects.

It’s not just about high gas prices. It’s about the politicians who have turned energy—something every family needs—into a luxury item. The French people see that their leaders are more interested in scoring points at high-class climate conferences than actually helping their own citizens. Fuel taxes were supposed to “save the planet,” but all they’ve done is punish hardworking families trying to make ends meet. Sound familiar? This is the same song and dance we get from liberals everywhere—save the world on somebody else’s dime.

When things get tough, it’s regular folks who take the hit. The “green dream” falls apart when the bills come due and people can’t afford to drive to work or heat their homes. It looks like even in France, people are waking up to the scam. The government hasn’t just failed to protect its people. It’s been actively working against them, pushing crippling regulations while hypocritically claiming it’s all for the “greater good.”

Let’s not forget: these big government solutions always hit the poor and middle class the hardest. The elites pat themselves on the back for “saving the planet,” but it’s the citizens who suffer. In France, the anger is boiling over. And for good reason. You can’t run a country—or a family—on empty promises and empty gas tanks.

If France can wake up and stand up to its out-of-touch leaders, maybe there’s hope for the rest of the West. How long are people supposed to keep paying the price for globalist fantasies? When will politicians start listening to the people instead of lecturing them? If the answer isn’t “right now,” it’s high time the people reminded them who’s really in charge.
