Of course, predictably, the left immediately got the vapors—shrinking away at even a hint of actual global leadership or serious diplomatic dialogue. Liberals keep saying they want “world peace,” but then meltdown the minute we talk about bringing adversaries to the table.
The typical D.C. swamp creatures, globalists, and media hacks want nothing to do with leaders who refuse to play by their script. They wag their fingers, fret about “optics,” and act like strong leadership is some kind of crime. But the fact is, real leadership means you don’t just surround yourself with yes-men and echo chambers. You step up, bring in the tough players, and deal with the world as it is—not as some Ivy League professor wishes it would be.
President Trump gets it. He understands that America can’t afford to bury its head in the sand while unstable regions and hostile powers make backroom deals. Why on earth would we host a major global summit and then pretend Russia doesn’t exist? The Russians are already meddling and moving behind the scenes; pretending otherwise is just willful blindness—something the Biden crowd seems to specialize in.
This isn’t weakness—it’s smart. When America leads and talks to every player, even the tough ones, we show strength. Diplomatic engagement isn’t surrender. It’s about protecting American interests first, getting results, and putting our problems on the table—not hiding from them like cowards. The alternative is the same failed policies we endured for eight years under Obama—lots of lofty talk, zero results, and America getting pushed around.
So, while the left cries on Twitter and snipes from anonymous sources, real leadership moves forward. The message is clear: if you want peace and stability, you have to involve the major players.
