Judge Turns Tables on Trump Lawsuit as DC Elites Rush to Protect Their Own Secrets

It’s amazing how quickly the Washington swamp will start playing defense when one of their own gets caught red-handed. The latest saga in President Trump’s long battle with the IRS just exposed that the so-called “independent” government agencies aren’t interested in real accountability—they just want to protect the people in their club.

President Trump has every right to be furious about the leaks of his personal tax records—those records were supposed to be protected by law, not blasted all over the media for the anti-Trump crowd’s glee. Yet when Trump stands up to defend his basic rights, what does the federal bench do? A judge ordered him to explain why his $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS should even be allowed to continue—a lawsuit meant to hold the government responsible for breaking trust with American citizens.

Here’s the kicker: The judge acted like Trump, as president, is somehow on both sides at once! According to this kind of twisted logic, you can’t sue a government agency if you were ever in charge of it. Is that how the rules work? Only if you’re a conservative. The left and the globalists always get a free pass; they leak, they smear, and then hide behind the bloated bureaucracy. But when a conservative fights back, it’s suddenly about technicalities and “chain of command.”

Liberals want everyone to believe the deep state doesn’t exist, but why else would the system bend over backwards to protect the IRS from facing real consequences? Anyone with a brain can see that when Trump asks for basic accountability, the defenders of the system scramble to shut him down. Maybe the judge should be asking why the IRS felt bold enough to leak private documents in the first place. Does anyone actually believe this would’ve happened to Obama or Biden?

The bottom line is simple: The only people the system fears are those willing to stand up and call it out. The Democrats talk a big game about transparency, but when their institutions get caught spying or leaking, their answer is always the same—smear the whistleblower, bury the evidence, and change the subject. If Trump doesn’t have the right to fight for his own privacy and dignity, what hope does the average American have against these out-of-control bureaucrats? Maybe that’s the real reason the left wants this lawsuit swept under the rug—because they know just how rotten their system really is.
