This time, the Minnesota congresswoman completely butchered basic history, referring to World War Two as “World War Eleven.” Let that sink in for a second. This isn’t a slip of the tongue from someone on the street. This is a sitting member of Congress. The same person who sits on committees shaping America’s future can’t even keep her world wars straight.

The left’s rising star once again showed the stunning ignorance that’s become her hallmark. And naturally, social media wasn’t going to let this one go. Thousands of regular Americans laughed out loud, shaking their heads in disbelief. But can you blame them? These are the same Democrats who want to lecture the rest of us on “expertise” and “truth.” Yet one of their darlings thinks we’ve had not two, but eleven world wars.

But maybe we should expect this level of cluelessness from someone who has “accidentally” claimed a net worth of $30 million when her finances don’t come close to that. Math clearly isn’t her strong suit, nor is American history. How is anyone supposed to take her seriously on complex issues like national security, borders, or immigration when she stumbles over the basics every chance she gets?

Let’s remember, this latest mess happened as she tried to rant against the Trump administration’s move to deport narco-terrorists. Only in the upside-down world of Democrats do you see a representative tripping over elementary facts while attacking efforts to keep America safe. The left claims to care about protecting our country, but their so-called leaders can’t tell the difference between two and eleven. It would be laughable if it weren’t so dangerous.

At this point, is anyone actually surprised when Ilhan Omar fumbles yet again? Maybe the real question is: how many more gaffes will it take before voters finally wake up and demand real leadership, not more of this embarrassing left-wing show?
