It’s not enough for the radical Left to push their twisted politics in Washington, D.C. Now, we see them brewing up trouble in small-town Wisconsin—literally. The owner of Minocqua Brewing Company, Kirk Bangstad, isn’t just pouring beer. He’s pouring gasoline on the culture war, targeting conservative parents, and using his business as a political battering ram for Democrats and far-left causes.
Bangstad’s attacks on Moms for Liberty and anyone daring to stand for common-sense education have crossed the line. He’s smearing parents who simply want a say in their children’s schools, calling them “far right” just because they don’t want radical gender and race agendas forced on kids. And where do these slurs come from? The infamous Southern Poverty Law Center—a group that labels anyone who stands up to the Left as a “hate group.” This is straight out of the leftist playbook: demonize parents, silence their voices, and crush school choice at every turn.
Of course, Bangstad doesn’t stop at words. He’s used his personal political war chest, set up as a PAC, to flood local school board races with far-left cash and attacks. He’s championing the most extreme Democrat candidates, the kind perfectly happy to keep parents locked out and federal-style rules locked in. He doesn’t even seem to care about the law or decency; just weeks ago, he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct—no surprise coming from someone who cheered on violence against President Trump and dangled free beer to the “resistance.” How’s that for responsible civic participation?
This isn’t just some noisy brewery owner blowing off steam. This is classic political weaponization. The Left learned long ago that if they can control local school boards, they can reshape American values from the ground up. That’s why these small races matter more than ever. Conservatives have ignored them for too long, giving radicals the chance to sneak in divisive policies and silence parents who dare to speak up.
The mask is off. The radical Left doesn’t want debate or diversity of thought—they want total control, even if it means trashing traditions and painting parents as villains. If they can crush the moms and dads in Minocqua, what stops them from crushing citizens everywhere? Maybe it’s time they realized: America’s parents aren’t going to back down. Not now, not ever.
