Across America, students are running away from data science degrees and racing toward anything that feels “AI-proof.” This is what happens when our education system pushes trends instead of common sense. For years, Big Tech and the liberal elites promised students fame and fortune if they’d just chase coding, data management, and the next shiny computer job. Now, artificial intelligence is snapping up those same jobs overnight—and students are learning the harsh lesson that Silicon Valley’s promises are as fake as a Biden press conference.
Meanwhile, everyday Americans with real skills are the ones watching their backs. Even creative jobs, like freelance graphic artists, are getting wiped out as AI spits out logos and TV graphics in seconds. Families all over the country see this. Parents and young people get that the so-called “new economy” is just another trap—another way for the globalist tech giants to rake in profits while American workers get tossed aside like yesterday’s news.
Liberal politicians aren’t worried. They’re too busy worshiping at the altar of progress, signing up for the latest government handout, or blabbering about “equity” while real people struggle to make ends meet. They shrug while our kids rack up debt for degrees the market no longer wants, all while their own college buddies rake in consulting fees from government contracts and Big Tech alliances. The hypocrisy is downright stunning.
So, what’s the answer? Smart students are wising up. They’re turning their backs on the gold-plated lies of the data science fad and looking for careers that can’t be outsourced or replaced with a few lines of code. They want work that serves real people, that builds, fixes, and protects—the kinds of jobs the globalists think are beneath them, but that keep America strong and free.
At the end of the day, this AI mess is just another example of liberal incompetence and out-of-touch globalist priorities. Instead of giving our kids skills that actually matter, we’ve let tech barons and ivory tower ideologues steer the ship straight into the rocks. Maybe it’s time America listens to something besides Silicon Valley propaganda. If AI is the future, shouldn’t we be asking—whose future are they really building?
