The truth about fossil fuels the left doesn’t want you to know

It’s hard to go a single day without Bernie Sanders or other far-left politicians sounding off about the so-called evils of fossil fuels. They love to paint oil, gas, and coal as dirty monsters while pretending solar panels and wind turbines are some kind of saintly saviors. But those claims don’t tell the real story. Americans need the truth, and it’s time someone exposed the myths the left keeps pushing.

The loudest Green New Dealers in Congress would have us believe shutting down traditional energy will save the planet, give us free power, and fix everyone’s problems. What they don’t tell you is that wind and solar are expensive, unreliable, and nowhere near ready to power our country. The sun doesn’t shine at night. Wind doesn’t blow when you need it. Meanwhile, our homes, factories, and hospitals need energy 24/7. Fossil fuels actually make that happen—day in and day out.

If you listen to the radical environmentalist crowd, you might think oil and gas only benefit greedy corporations. Wrong. These fuels power America’s world-class economy, keep our lights on, and provide thousands of good-paying jobs for working families. Solar and wind jobs? Those often rely on government handouts and don’t deliver the results the left promises.

Liberal politicians never mention the dirty little secret of “renewable” energy. Making solar panels and wind turbines takes massive amounts of mining, cheap labor from overseas, and rare metals—often coming straight from the hands of globalist regimes or even child laborers in far-off lands. All that to build technology that’s less reliable and more expensive than what we already have. But hey, the left calls that “progress.”

It’s the height of hypocrisy. These self-styled climate warriors jet around the world, lecture hard-working Americans about their pickup trucks, and cozy up to global corporations getting rich from “green” schemes. Regular people pay more for energy, while elitist liberals brag about saving the earth. Does Bernie Sanders ever wonder who can afford these fantasy utopias? Maybe he should look in the mirror before lecturing everyone else.

Here’s a thought—before Washington decides to shut down the American energy industry, maybe our lawmakers should start telling the full story. Fossil fuels are what built this nation’s strength. Why should we surrender our energy freedom to globalists and out-of-touch leftists chasing some impossible wind-powered dream?
