CNN panics and pulls anti Trump special after leftist attack explodes

Here we go again: the mainstream media has had to slam the brakes on their anti-Trump campaign—this time because another radical leftist allegedly tried to take out the former President. CNN, a network that treats conservative Americans like the enemy, was planning to air a so-called documentary attacking Trump and smearing him as some kind of dictator. They call it “Imperial Presidency.” You can imagine the glee in their newsrooms, ready to crank up the propaganda machine. But suddenly, they’re forced to hit pause. Why now? Because, once again, the hate whipped up on the left has exploded into real-world violence.

Think about the timing. The message from the Left has been loud and clear: keep calling Trump “authoritarian,” “dangerous,” and “unfit.” They hold panels, run endless hit pieces, and treat Trump supporters as threats to democracy. Then—when their base listens a little *too* closely—violence follows from their own side. The narrative blows up in their faces, so what does CNN do? They quickly shelve their anti-Trump special, hoping no one notices the shameful connection.

It’s not just political games from CNN. It’s cowardice. They know these so-called documentaries are just anti-conservative propaganda, but they don’t care until it might look “bad” for them when leftists attack. Free speech only matters to them if it’s bashing Trump and middle America. But the second their words and actions help fire up real violent threats, they run for cover, pretending they had nothing to do with it.

The hypocrisy is jaw-dropping. Liberals love to point fingers, shouting that “right-wing rhetoric is dangerous.” All the while, they pump out endless hit jobs, Hollywood “resistance” fantasies, and late-night mockery—all aimed at one man and everyone who believes in his vision for America. What happens when someone on their side takes that rhetoric seriously? The media suddenly gets quiet and hopes the story goes away. There’s a reason no one trusts them anymore.

CNN and their liberal allies can postpone their anti-Trump tantrum for now. But the damage is done. The left has been caught stoking the flames, then acting surprised when their own radicals get burned. Maybe they should try reporting real news for once—or is real journalism too much to ask from these so-called “guardians of democracy”?
