Disney has been marching further to the left for years, shoving radical diversity politics in the faces of everyday Americans who just want to watch TV with their families. But now the company’s woke parade may finally hit a brick wall. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is reportedly getting ready to take a hard look at Disney’s broadcast licenses—because the chairman there, Brendan Carr, is standing up and asking real questions about Disney’s obsession with race and gender quotas.
For too long, Disney has gotten away with pushing its globalist agenda under the friendly face of family entertainment. Beneath the smiles and talking mice, they’ve been busy picking winners and losers based on skin color and sex, instead of merit and American values. Apparently, the FCC has finally noticed. It’s about time someone started investigating whether Disney has been discriminating against people—all in the name of so-called “diversity and inclusion.”
What’s truly outrageous is how liberals talk a big game about equality and fairness, but then their favorite corporations turn around and create new forms of discrimination. Disney touts its progressive talking points, but when you look closer, it seems their “diversity” policies are little more than discrimination by a different name. Only now, the power of federal oversight is shining a spotlight on their hypocrisy.
Will the left admit the truth? Doubtful. They’ve spent years letting companies like Disney get away with whatever social engineering lunacy they dream up, all while silencing anyone with common sense. The FCC’s move should terrify the liberal elite—because this time, someone is finally calling out the double standards and standing up for Americans who are sick of being talked down to by woke billionaires.
Everyone ought to ask themselves: How much longer will the left’s favorite companies be allowed to trample the rights of hardworking Americans? Maybe now, with someone in the federal government finally pushing back, there’s hope that sanity and real fairness—not just the phony kind—can return to American culture. Or is Disney just too big to face the consequences of its own agenda?
