The FCC is finally waking up and putting Disney on notice. Eight ABC stations that belong to Disney are now under threat, and it’s about time someone held these corporate giants accountable. The reason? Jimmy Kimmel, the left’s favorite late-night clown, tossed out a “joke” about Melania Trump that would have landed any conservative in hot water. He called her an “expectant widow”—right after a lunatic targeted the White House Correspondents’ Dinner with Trump as his target. Yet ABC let it slide, as usual.
The truth is, Disney and ABC love to talk about “tolerance,” but their tolerance has a clear limit—it stops the minute a conservative opens their mouth. Look at what happened to Gina Carano. She had her entire career trashed by Disney just for speaking her mind online, even accusing the company of hounding her over posts they didn’t like. Carano was labeled an extremist for daring to push back against the approved narrative. Disney claims to hate bullying, but their actions say otherwise. When it’s a conservative, they hunt them down and celebrate the destruction.
Here’s the hypocrisy: Democrats and their cheerleaders in Hollywood went on a rampage when Roseanne Barr lost her show for a controversial tweet. But when the left attacks, smears, or flat-out lies—like Jimmy Kimmel did, falsely blaming conservatives for a tragedy when the suspect was clearly left-wing—the left just shrugs and flips the channel. If you supported firing Roseanne or Carano and now you’re whining about the FCC asking questions about Kimmel, you’re a hypocrite, plain and simple.
Let’s not forget Disney’s own double standard. Pedro Pascal, another actor in the “Star Wars” universe, posted hateful, dishonest messages comparing America to Nazi Germany. Disney couldn’t care less. Their “values” only matter when it hurts conservatives. When a leftist crosses the line, they look the other way or pat them on the back.
America is tired of these globalist media juggernauts thinking they own the truth. The FCC is finally giving Disney a taste of their own medicine. Maybe Disney should worry less about lining up with woke radicals and more about real fairness. If ABC wants to play judge and jury with speech, then let’s see how they like being under review for a change. Isn’t it time the left followed their own rules for once?
