It says something about the state of our country when it takes a British monarch to point out just how far we’ve fallen. King Charles III, standing before Congress, called out the shocking attack during the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner — and he even mentioned the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Just think about that. The King of England feels the need to remind America that political violence has no place here. Meanwhile, liberals are busy with their petty grievances, fawning over Hollywood elitists, and ignoring the elephant in the room.
Would Democrats be so silent if the tables were turned? Of course not. If this attack had targeted Joe Biden or some favorite leftist, the mainstream media would be running wall-to-wall specials about “right-wing hate.” But when Donald Trump gets targeted, the left yawn. Some even blame the victim or, worse, look the other way. Apparently, it’s only “democracy in danger” when their side gets scared.
King Charles’s words hit because America’s leaders aren’t doing their job. Instead of standing united against violence, too many politicians use this as another chance to grandstand and score cheap political points. Where’s the outrage from the so-called guardians of democracy? Nancy Pelosi and her crew cry about threats when it suits them but fall silent when it’s one of their rivals under fire.
And let’s not forget the globalists and their lackeys, always ready to criticize America until they face the consequences of their own cowardly leadership. Folks like King Charles, who represents a country with centuries of tradition and strength, see what’s happening here: violence taking over, order dissolving, and the left too busy playing identity politics to care. The rest of the world is starting to notice—and not in a good way.
It’s bad enough that a monarch from across the sea has to remind us how to behave like civilized adults. America’s leaders should be ashamed. Will anyone in Washington finally stand up for real law, order, and justice—or will they let the mob decide who gets to speak? If our “representatives” can’t even condemn political violence in all forms, why should any American trust them with a single vote?
