Reagan’s would-be killer now gives security tips at DC’s elite hotel

When the man who tried to assassinate President Ronald Reagan starts giving security advice, the state of our country has truly hit clown world levels. John Hinckley Jr.—yes, the same criminal who almost killed a sitting U.S. president—now wants to lecture America about safety at the Washington Hilton. You can’t make this stuff up. Is this what happens when you let the left run wild? The criminal becomes the “expert” and the brave are silenced.

It says everything about liberal America today: a place where lawbreakers are coddled, victims are forgotten, and the so-called “experts” have no shame. Instead of holding violent offenders accountable, we hand them microphones. How many more criminals will the left turn into celebrities? First, it was felons and looters on TV screens. Now, it’s would-be assassins acting like hotel security consultants.

Meanwhile, the Washington Hilton remains a favorite playground for the D.C. elite and their globalist gatherings. Big-money donors, power-hungry politicians, and the establishment media all gather in these halls. They tell us the world is safer than ever, but can’t protect their own parties from people like Hinckley. This is the price Americans pay for half-hearted “security,” driven more by optics and virtue signals than actual safety.

Of course, those in power claim they’re keeping us safe with red tape and woke policies, but they can’t even secure the venues they use for their own business. When was the last time the left actually did something that kept regular Americans safe, rather than lining their own pockets or protecting their own image?

Here’s a thought—maybe instead of listening to crooks, we should listen to real security experts who actually care about the country. Instead of letting criminals define the narrative, why not honor the real heroes who put their lives on the line? That’s something you’ll never hear from liberal “leadership,” and maybe that’s why the country feels less safe than ever. When the man who once tried to kill a president gets more attention than our police or Secret Service, is there any doubt who’s really running the show?
