Federal judge stops Biden DOJ from seizing Arizona voter data Americans breathe sigh of relief

This week, a federal judge slammed the brakes on yet another desperate attempt by the Biden DOJ to meddle in Arizona’s elections. The so-called “Justice” Department wanted to dig into Arizona’s private, detailed voter records. But the court said no. Americans should be sighing with relief that at least some judges are still willing to stand up for states’ rights—even as the swamp tries to bully its way into every corner of this country.

Let’s be honest here: This wasn’t about “justice.” This was the radical left, terrified of any state that dares defy their agenda, trying to get their hands on voter data they have no business seeing. And when they don’t get their way, they run whining to their activist judges—except this time, it didn’t work. The feds lost. Arizona kept its voters’ privacy safe.

Every election, Democrats cry about “protecting democracy.” But when a state takes common-sense measures to secure the vote, suddenly they want the government snooping on everyone. Hypocrisy much? If liberals really cared about election integrity, they’d be working with local officials instead of pushing lawsuits that waste time and taxpayer money. The left has zero interest in respecting states’ rights when it messes with their plans.

It’s clear what’s going on. The DOJ under this administration is just a tool for power-hungry globalists and out-of-touch elites to bully red states into submission. They want to control all the levers—voter data included—so they can rig the rules to suit their own. But Arizona stood firm, and so did the judge. The message is clear: Not every state will roll over and take orders from Washington, D.C.

When will Democrats realize Americans are sick of federal overreach? When will these globalist cheerleaders stop treating the Constitution like toilet paper? At least Arizona still has a backbone. Maybe the rest of the country will remember what it’s like to fight back, too.
