The British King managed to pull off something most Republicans could only dream of: he made the Democrats in Congress stand up and clap. It’s almost laughable. King Charles III came all the way across the Atlantic, praised America, celebrated our country’s 250th birthday, and suddenly the left is acting patriotic. But when President Trump fought for America, for fair trade and real independence, those same Democrats stayed glued to their chairs, arms crossed and scowls on their faces.

Let’s be clear. The King didn’t clap for Biden’s disastrous border, sky-high inflation, or his failed foreign policy. King Charles praised the unique bond between the United States and the UK—a relationship built on shared history, strength, and freedom. Guess that’s easy to remember when you conveniently forget how today’s progressives want to erase history, tear down statues, and teach our kids to hate their own country.

It took a British monarch to remind Congress that America is something worth celebrating. Democrats suddenly found it easy to cheer for a king’s speech, but not when President Trump put America first. The hypocrisy is obvious. They sit on their hands when Trump stands for American greatness, but leap to their feet for a foreign head of state. Maybe it’s because global elites and old-school royalty are speaking their language—bureaucratic control, ceremony, and empty applause.

Trump even noticed that the King had some magic touch with the Democrats. He joked that he never could manage to get those liberals out of their seats. It shows the deep rot in D.C. The left is too busy undermining American values to respect real leadership, unless it comes gift-wrapped with a crown and a British accent.
