Progressives love to pretend they’re champions of the little guy. But when it comes to the so-called deed-theft scandal, their true colors come out. Chi Ossé and Tish James, two darlings of New York’s left wing, have been running their mouths about justice and the “helpless,” but the cold truth is this: they’re backing a game, not the truth. The real victim here is still nowhere to be found, while these political peacocks strut around seeking applause.
Here’s what’s really going on. Instead of getting to the bottom of what happened to a frail, elderly homeowner, Ossé and James seem more interested in hounding photo ops and pushing their own agenda. They would rather join forces with Carmella Charrington—a woman at the center of a sketchy circus—than actually deliver justice. If these progressives were serious about protecting victims, they’d be demanding answers from Charrington, not cheering her on.
This isn’t just a small mistake. It’s typical leftist incompetence at its worst. When liberals spot an easy headline, they run with it—no facts required. The result? Real victims get forgotten, and hucksters get a free pass. The elites on the left talk big about caring for the vulnerable, but it’s all just posturing for likes, donors, and news cameras.
Look at the pattern here, folks. The liberal establishment loves a good sob story if it means more control and more power. But actual justice, actual answers, real accountability? Not on their watch. Ossé and James ignore the missing truth while gaslighting the public, all in service of their progressive brand.
No one should be fooled when liberals declare they’re fighting for the weak. If that were true, they’d be chasing down the facts and holding everyone accountable—no matter which side they’re on. Hypocrisy is the beating heart of leftist politics. Will New Yorkers finally wake up and see through this charade? Or will we let the fraudsters keep running the show?
